Sales, Delivery, and Return Policies: Digital Products - When purchasing digital products on She Knows She Can's website, customers are required to provide their name, email address, and payment information. The delivery of digital products is facilitated via email. In the event that a customer encounters issues with product receipt or access, they are encouraged to promptly contact She Knows She Can at hello@sheknowsshecan.com. All sales of digital products are final, and no refunds or returns are available. Online Courses - Refunds are available if, after 7 days, a customer has completed at least 2 video trainings and 2 workbooks and is not satisfied. Refunds will be issued minus credit card processing fees and any applicable taxes. Refund requests must be made within the 7-day period. Coaching Services - For 1:1 coaching services, a refund is available after the first session if the customer is not satisfied. No refunds are provided after subsequent sessions. Monthly coaching packages will automatically renew, and the customer’s credit card on file will be charged after the initial monthly package is complete. Customers may cancel their auto-renewal by providing notice at least 2 weeks prior to their renewal date to avoid further charges.
